Applicability


Nailmail / AkroPlanet Enterprise - below Nailmail - General conditions of sale and prices are valid from the Nailmails website specified date and replaces the earlier of Nailmail published terms of sale. The products presented by Nailmail website and Nailmails webshop is Nailmail normal range. In case of any difference between conditions, product information or prices listed on Nailmail website and in other publications, the website's preference.

 

Price and Payment

 Prices of Nailmail website is updated in real time. Tax and shipping will be. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor. Nailmail right to amend quoted prices without notice. Between Nailmail and customer for the agreed price, unless otherwise specifically agreed. For individuals, payment is made by credit card or PayPal account and an invoice or payment by Nailmails partner Klarna (fd.Kreditor).

We are currently 29 SEK per invoice against Klarna, does not apply to installment payment by PayPal.

For sale to a minor or a minor requires parental or guardian written consent.

Shipping costs

Shipping will be added to all orders of 49 SEK, this does not apply varnish as part of the Month varnish always charge quotations on request for accommodation in Sweden. For residents outside the Nordic countries the shipping is always 49 SEK. Goods can not be picked up at Nailmail. Shipping of backordered items paid by Nailmail or sent with your next order.

 Delivery

Orders received before 14.00 hours for stocks of products dispatched usually the same day. Nailmail hire Posten Sweden, and to ship in padded envelopes, sent by mail. You will receive your goods either directly in your mailbox or at your post office.

Repurchase

  As regards consumer's right to repurchase, which right of withdrawal, see below under "Consumer's (individual's) withdrawal right for distance." To be out of the ordinary range of which the original packaging is intact or not used, accept Nailmail repurchase period of sixty days from the invoice date. Goods where any original packaging damaged / lost or where the product is used once the purchase is not.


The repurchases will Nailmail replace your freight costs through a discount coupon in Nailmails shop. Exceeds återköpets value 1000 SEK excluding VAT paid a surrender fee of currently SEK 150 plus tax. Shipping costs and repurchase fee charged to the customer's bank deposits in Nailmail or billed separately.

 

The repurchase must contact Nailmails customer service by phone 011-300 20:45 or via the contact form on Nailmail website or web shop and give the order and invoice number. At the return of the item the customer must use one of Post's green padded prepaid envelope and accurate information on the invoice number and contact information. The item must be properly packed in bubble wrap. Returns received by Nailmail in an envelope or without approved outer packaging where the product is damaged will not be refunded. Is the freight unpaid or if the return code or other document is missing the return item to the customer without action.

 

The repurchase is authorized only when Nailmail received and inspected the item and found it to be dispatched in accordance with the above conditions.

 

As regards consumer's right to repurchase, which right of withdrawal, see below under "Consumer's (individual's) withdrawal right for distance."

Unclaimed consignments

For consignments not been tripped, but had returned to Nailmail a fee of currently SEK 150 plus VAT to cover Nailmail transportation and administrative costs.

Consumer (Individual) withdrawal right for distance

Consumers have the way law on consumer protection in distance contracts, etc. to be specified, in some cases the right to cancel a purchase, to Nailmail submit or send a notice within 14 days from the date the consumer received the goods or a substantial part of it. Return policy applies only if the product is essentially unchanged. The right to cancel does not apply to businesses.


If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal is recommended to contact Nailmail customer service by phone 011-300 20:45 or via the contact form on Nailmails website and provide the order number or invoice number.

Warranty

 Guarantees on goods supplied by their manufacturers Nailmail makes no additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's specified.

The risk of product

 The risk of goods passes to the buyer when the goods have been delivered to the carrier. For purchases made by consumers, the risk passes to the buyer only when it was provided by the carrier.

Complaints

 To claim that the product is faulty (ang. shipping damage, see below), consumer (individual) defect within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Complaints received after 30 days Nailmail reserves the right, in relation to the customer decide whether the error should be corrected. For further details konsumentköplagens regulations. At the complaint, the customer contact Nailmail customer service by phone 011-300 20:45 or via the contact form on Nailmails website and provide the order and invoice number and reason for complaint. The item should be submitted within 14 days after the complaint. At the return of the goods shall return shipping to Nailmail be paid and purchase order and invoice along with a description of the problem, preferably with a detailed one, accompany the goods. Returns must be returned well packed in bubble wrap and padded envelopes from the Post. Any damage resulting from inadequate packaging is charged the customer. Nailmail reserves the right to control of production of goods if the goods would not be wrong and the complaint is not accepted.

Liability for defects

In relation to consumer (individual)

 When selling to consumers (private person), the following According to the consumer. We treat all personal information you provide in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998:204). We guarantee that no information about you is sold or used for promotional messages from third parties, but only used internally by Nailmail.


You never enter your entire personal identity at registreing stored on Nailmail when you shop with Klarna you must enter the security number but they are saved by Klarna.

Your password is stored encrypted in our database.
